Guacamole

You can prepare this avocado salad smooth or stout relying upon your tastes.

Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:

3 avocados - peeled, set, and pounded 

1 lime, squeezed 

1 teaspoon salt 

1/2 glass diced onion 

3 tablespoons slashed new cilantro 

2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced 

1 teaspoon minced garlic 

1 squeeze ground cayenne pepper (discretionary)

PREPARATION:

In a medium bowl, squash together the avocados, lime squeeze, and salt. Blend in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Mix in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve quickly.
